AI Art Generator Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") develops and publishes mobile applications and games for iOS, Android, and other platforms (the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, share, and protect information when you use our Apps.
We are committed to transparency and protecting user privacy in compliance with applicable laws and platform requirements.
We collect only the information necessary to provide App functionality.
Depending on the App's features, users may voluntarily provide photos or images, images containing faces, text prompts for AI features, and content generated within the App. Content is processed solely to deliver requested functionality.
We may automatically collect limited technical data including device type and model, operating system version, App version, anonymous usage analytics, crash reports and diagnostics, and IP address (as part of normal internet communication).

Some Apps may include AI image generation, face transformation, avatar creation, artistic filters, and style transfer features.
If a user uploads an image containing a face, the App processes visual image data and facial features visible in the image. We do NOT collect facial recognition templates, face geometry maps, biometric identifiers, or identity verification data. We do NOT use face data for identification purposes.
Face data is processed solely to generate artistic transformations, create avatars, and provide entertainment-based AI results. We do NOT identify individuals, perform facial recognition, verify identity, or create user behavioral profiles.
To generate AI-based results, uploaded images may be securely transmitted to third-party AI providers including OpenAI, Google Gemini, DeepSeek AI, and cloud infrastructure providers. We do NOT sell face data.
We do NOT use face data to train our own AI models.
Where required by law or platform policy, the App requests explicit user consent before transmitting images to third-party AI services, processing images containing faces, or accessing device location. Users may withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the feature or disabling permissions in device settings.
To provide AI-powered functionality, the App may transmit user-submitted content to third-party providers. Data transmitted may include images, text prompts, and technical request metadata. Third-party providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell or rent personal data.
If enabled by the user, the App may access approximate or precise GPS location solely to display maps, show nearby content, and enable location-based features. Location access is optional and may be disabled at any time.
Apps may use OpenStreetMap (OSM) and open-source map tile providers. Map tile requests may include IP address and device information as part of normal internet communication.
We do NOT store GPS history, track users in the background, sell location data, or use location data for advertising. Location data is used only during active sessions.
Our Apps do NOT collect, process, analyze, infer, or store health-related information. The App is intended solely for entertainment and creative purposes.
We process data only to provide AI-powered features, enable App functionality, improve performance and stability, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do NOT use user content for advertising resale, behavioral profiling, or unauthorized AI training.
We may share information only with AI processing providers, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers (anonymized data only), and legal authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
We implement reasonable security measures including encrypted HTTPS transmission, secure API communication, and access controls. Third-party providers operate under their own security systems.
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in the applicable jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

AI Makeup Studio uses your device's camera to capture facial photographs for AI Face Analysis and AI Makeup Generation. Your facial photograph is sent securely via encrypted HTTPS to Google AI (Gemini API) for face analysis and to our AI image processing service for makeup generation.
On-device facial landmark detection (Google ML Kit) processes data locally on your device and does not leave your phone. Facial photographs are NOT stored on any server after processing.
Third-party AI services:
We do not sell, trade, or share your facial photographs for advertising, marketing, or analytics. The app requests explicit consent before sending any facial photograph to third-party AI services.
All analysis results, beauty recommendations, and skincare advice are AI-generated for entertainment and cosmetic recommendation purposes only. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, dermatological assessment, or health advice.
